Broker's Comments

We are pleased to list this lovely 38ft steel cruiser. Originally built in 1994. The builder plate says NorthEast Boat Building Co. - Whitby. It was built for the owner's father and was one of two built, the other was used as a fishing boat on the East Coast.

She has excellent sea-keeping qualities and has comfortably achieved long coastal passages with the current owner but with the mast down a reasonable air draft for the wide canals and rivers.

She's got good accommodation for 4 in two cabins, with a good-sized head/shower room and efficient galley.

Her hull and superstructure have been recently shot-blasted and epoxy-painted.

Her owner will commission a new Boat Safety Certificate for anyone that requires it.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
