Broker's Comments
Oh my gosh these boats are so lovely. The nauticat 37 provides the most luxury in a 37ft boat with sensible use of spcae I think I have seen for sale lately. She appears to be in great condition inside and out - couple of scuffs on the hull bit not so much of a big deal.
Owner has loved her since 2020 but retirement from sailing forces sale. Her standing rigging was replaced 2020 at the same time she became in-mast furling for the owners ease of sailing. She boasts having electric winches again for the ease of sailing including sometimes single handed. Moving inside the condition and quality of built doesn't disappoint I really did like her master aft cabin with island berth. Going forward of the pilothouse saloon you have a great pilot guest cabin and an spacious forward cabin with the linear galley to starboard.
