### Mechanical:

This sailing yacht is equipped with a Perkins 4.236 engine, installed in 2016, offering 80 HP at 2,400 RPM, coupled with a Technodrive hydraulic gearbox. According to our owner, this Perkins engine was previously installed on a Chris-Craft motor yacht and was overhauled in 2018 by a professional mechanic known to him (purchase and overhaul invoices unavailable).

The transmission is ensured by a double cardan Scatra Drive 14100 and a thrust bearing, with a 40 mm stainless steel shaft fitted with a rope cutter between the propeller and the shaft strut. The seal is ensured by a Volvo lip seal, and the engine compartment is soundproofed to reduce noise. A removable hatch in the cockpit floor facilitates engine extraction if necessary.

New gimbal of the transmission (Scatra-drive) from 06/2024.

The three-blade cupro-nickel propeller is adapted to the new Perkins 4.236 engine of 80 HP and the Technodrive hydraulic gearbox. The 40 mm stainless steel shaft is coupled to a thrust bearing via a Scatra-drive cardan.

The rudder is equipped with a stainless steel pintle.

### Electrical:

This sailing yacht is equipped with two 12V 165 AH service batteries, as well as two engine batteries of the same capacity, all replaced in 2020. All battery switches are bipolar. The electrical system includes a "Batium" 15/24 two-way charger manufactured by GYS 24V, an alternator driven by the propeller shaft (currently removed but to be reinstalled), a Victron 24V/220V inverter, two electrical distribution panels with 24 circuit breakers, and a distribution panel for exterior lights.

The sailboat is equipped with a forward Z Spars mast of 18 meters, featuring 2 sets of spreaders and a spinnaker pole. It has a "Profurl" roller furling system for both the genoa and staysail.

At the stern, there is an 18.40-meter Z Spars mast with 2 sets of spreaders for added stability. A "Profurl" mizzen roller furling system is positioned between the base of the forward mast and the top of the aft mast. Additionally, the main mast includes an integrated in-mast furling system, with bearings recently replaced in March 2020 according to the owner.

The sail plan is completed by a boom on the aft Z Spars mast and a set of stainless steel shrouds, turnbuckles, and chainplates, revised in 2012 per our owner. The winches include 2 Barbarossa 52 two-speed winches, 2 Meissner 28 two-speed winches, 2 Meissner 26 two-speed winches, as well as Lewmar two-speed self-tailing mast winches.

Regarding the sails, there is a 72m² genoa new in 2022 from Spanish brand ELITE VELAS (only 2 outings since according to our owner), a 23m² staysail on roller furling from Voilerie PHILIPPE revised in November 2022 (also with 2 outings), a 35m² in-mast furling mainsail from Elite Sails new in 2023, a 24m² mizzen on "Profurl" roller furling, and a 110m² tri-radial spinnaker from Spanish brand ELITE VELAS (available upon request).

We have been informed that maintenance work has been carried out, including the removal of the mizzen mast to replace the in-mast furling system bearings in April 2020. Additionally, the Genoa and Mizzen are new as of 2022, with only 3 outings since, and the staysail was revised in 2022 with a new UV protection strip.

The standing rigging is original and made of stainless steel. We were informed that ACMO has revised and checked the rigging twice, with the masts being unstepped for inspection and maintenance of the furling systems in 2012 and 2018.

Construction

Construction GRP
Underwater profile Long Keel
Finish Gelcoat finish

Last haul-out and hull maintenance were completed in January 2022 at Port Leucate.

Our owner informs us that in 2021/2022, the deck was completely refurbished by a professional specialising in stratification. The hull is made of polyester laminated composite on a mold, with longitudinal stiffeners every 400mm, frames, floors, and local reinforcements entirely compliant with Lloyd's standards.

No keel bolts. The ballast, made of cast iron and lead, was poured into the bottom of the keel, which is integral to the hull, and then a casting resin saturated the ballast.

The boat is equipped with a polyester water tank integrated into the hull with a capacity of 1000 liters, with a pressurized water system supplying:
- A double sink in the kitchen
- A shower room

Space is available for the installation of a black water tank.

The original deck, consisting of two 12mm plywood layers on Iroko laminated beams and entirely covered with 12mm teak slats, was completely replaced in 2021 and 2022 with 22mm plywood layers, covered with a layer of ROVIMAT 500 and two layers of ROVING 250, then coated with white gel-coat and painted with KIWIGRIP.

All hatches are framed in teak, the cockpit is equipped with teak gratings, the cockpit seats are teak-slatted, the superstructure sides are made of 22mm plywood, and the cabin top is constructed similarly to the deck. The stainless steel stanchions, 25mm in diameter, are spaced every 1.20m with double lifelines, and the 25mm stainless steel bow and stern pulpits are bolted through the deck. Finally, a stainless steel bow roller and stainless steel davits, installed in 2013, complete the equipment.
