The high performance lifejacket, the Kru Sport, is part of Ocean Safety’s 2018 Kru Range.  Like all Kru lifejackets the Sport is available as standard or as an ADV model, so-called because of its advanced features, which includes a lifejacket light and sprayhood. Both variants come with a UML MK5 operating head. It is a robust jacket featuring ‘wave barrier’ technology, which rights a person in less than five seconds, keeping the airways free from channelled water, reducing the risk of secondary drowning. The design of the Kru Sport means that you barely know that you are wearing it, so it is perfect for active sailors, both inshore and offshore. At 170N the Kru Sport has ample buoyancy for adults and is available in a range of colours.
