MDL Marinas is exhibiting at the Poole Harbour Boat Show, taking place from Friday 19 – Sunday 21 May. This year’s show will also welcome the European Maritime Day on 20 May, combining the activities from across the two events to host a three-day boating extravaganza.

The MDL team from nearby Cobb’s Quay Marina will be at the show giving visitors the opportunity to take part in an adrenaline-fuelled RIB Ride Challenge, with the chance to win some fantastic prizes. The Challenge will invite visitors to compete on a console-based RIB simulator to complete an intensive slalom course. Those who are the fastest around the course this year will win a Jurassic Coast RIB ride for four, and the fastest junior time will also win a half-day boat hire prize to explore Poole Harbour.

The team will also hold a prize-draw to offer one lucky visitor the chance to win a summer berth at the marina. Its lively atmosphere makes Cobb’s Quay a firm favourite with both yachtsmen and motor cruisers. Sheltered within Poole Harbour, it offers a well-equipped hideaway within easy reach of things to do onboard and ashore.

This year’s show will be held at Poole Quay Boat Haven and will feature fireworks, live music and entertainment, so an event not to be missed! The European Maritime Day (EMD) is the annual meeting point for Europe’s community of maritime professionals, to exchange knowledge and forge the partnerships needed for joint action.
