Premier Marinas has announced the appointment of Jonathan Walcroft CMM to the post of Marina Manager at Gosport Marina.

Jonathan joins the company with over 24 years’ experience in the management and day to day operation of leading leisure marinas.  His expertise also extends to the strategic management of boatyards; a skill which will prove invaluable at Premier’s Gosport site where the marina incorporates specialist boatyard Endeavour Quay. Immediately prior to joining Premier, Jonathan managed MDL’s Shamrock Quay Marina and Saxon Wharf which, like Gosport Marina, incorporates a dry stack facility.

Alongside key managerial skills, Jonathan’s brings a keen appreciation of health and safety to his new role, having in his early years been a Crew Manager for Hampshire Fire and Rescue and today still a retained Firefighter and First Responder.  Jonathan also shares Premier’s ethos of providing excellent customer service and values the practical aspects of his new role in a way that can come only from a personal love of sailing and watersports.
