Volvo Car UK continues Cowes Week Sponsorship
Cowes Week Ltd has announced that Volvo Car UK will be continuing its support as Official Vehicle Partner of the event in 2017.
Volvo has been an official sponsor of Cowes Week since 2013 and so the new agreement marks an extension of the existing relationship.
The company has been a key sponsor of sailing in Britain since 1999 and has long been associated with the sport across the globe and is probably best known for its title sponsorship of the Volvo Ocean Race, the world famous round-the-world yacht race.
CWLs Commerical & Marketing Director Kate Johnson said: “Were really looking forward to building on the great relationship we already enjoy with Volvo and supporting them in the development of their plans for this years event. It promises to be a fantastic year for the partnership, with the participation of the Volvo Ocean Race fleet in the new Triple Crown at Cowes Week series already confirmed.”
